If your physical All Pay card is lost or stolen, it's important to act quickly to protect your account and funds.

Start by logging into your All Pay account via the website or app. Once logged in, go to the card section and select the option to freeze your card. This will prevent any unauthorized transactions from being made using your lost or stolen card. After freezing your card, please contact us through the Contact page to request a replacement.

Please note, a fee applies to this process, which covers the cost of manufacturing and shipping your new card to your designated address.
